Muesli Cookies


These little muesli cookies are great for school lunches or work snacks


Ingredients;

• 3 ripe bananas

• ½ tsp ground cinnamon

• 2 cups rolled oats

• ½ cup desiccated coconut

• ½ cup dried cranberries

• ¼ cup olive oil


Method;

1.) Preheat oven to 180 deg, line a tray with baking paper

2.) Mash bananas with a fork

3.) Add all ingredients with mashed banana to a mixing bowl and mix together

4.) Roll mixture into rough balls (it might seem a bit sticky, but the mixture should squish together) and place onto the baking tray

5.) Flatten each ball slightly. Bake for about 20min or until browned. Allow to cool on baking tray
